While 2025 marks IRG Global’s official establishment, our team has been delivering critical emergency response efforts under ARS/GEM throughout 2024.

As we reflect on the past year, we take pride in the impact we have made in safeguarding lives and strengthening emergency preparedness across various regions. From large-scale evacuations to strategic disaster response operations, our team has consistently demonstrated expertise, agility, and commitment to excellence. Below is an overview of our key missions from 2024.

Haiti Evacuations: Ensuring Safe Passage Amidst Crisis

In response to escalating instability in Haiti, IRG Global led a critical evacuation operation to safely relocate individuals from Port-au-Prince to more secure locations. Our teams deployed armored security convoys to secure helicopter landing zones, facilitating the safe transport of evacuees to Cap-Haïtien Airport. From there, we coordinated fixed-wing aircraft to transport individuals to a secure location in Florida, ensuring a seamless transition for those affected by the crisis.

Beyond transportation logistics, IRG Global also managed a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC), providing essential relocation resources to more than 850 evacuees. This initiative was instrumental in ensuring displaced individuals had access to critical support and resources during a challenging time.

Operation Blue Ridge, North Carolina: Enhancing Search and Rescue Capabilities

When disaster struck in North Carolina, IRG Global was at the forefront of emergency response efforts. We coordinated helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft operations to facilitate evacuations, supply drops, and reconnaissance missions in collaboration with local first responders. Our rapid deployment of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and specialized search and rescue (SAR) personnel significantly enhanced operations in remote and inaccessible areas, ensuring that no community was left behind.

To further optimize emergency response efforts, we established and operated a dedicated call center focused on tracking survivor locations and dispatching assistance in real time. Additionally, our Incident Management Team (IMT) provided comprehensive logistical support, streamlining operations and ensuring that aid was deployed efficiently to where it was needed most.

Hurricane Debbie: Deploying Resources for Large-Scale Evacuations

Hurricane Debbie presented significant challenges, but IRG Global rose to the occasion with swift and effective response efforts. We deployed a fleet of buses to facilitate LilyPad evacuations, ensuring the safe relocation of displaced individuals to designated shelters. Recognizing the need for stable infrastructure in the aftermath of the hurricane, we established and managed three fully operational base camps in the most affected areas, providing essential resources, temporary housing, and logistical support.

Our efforts played a crucial role in stabilizing conditions, supporting evacuees, and ensuring that affected communities received the necessary aid and assistance to recover from the disaster.

Hurricane Helene: Comprehensive Response and Relief Operations

When Hurricane Helene struck, IRG Global took immediate action to assist in evacuation and disaster response efforts. Our teams supplied buses and vans for LilyPad and shelter evacuations, facilitating the safe relocation of displaced individuals in collaboration with Emergency Support Function 6 (ESF-6). We also coordinated evacuation pickups and managed shelter drop-offs, ensuring that those in need received prompt assistance.

To support first responders and volunteers, we established a fully operational 1,000-person base camp at Perry Airport, offering essential accommodations, food services, and logistical support. Additionally, we deployed vans and box trucks to conduct feeding missions in impacted areas, ensuring affected communities received necessary supplies.

Our collaboration with the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) and key vendors was crucial in managing the setup and decommissioning of the Tropicana shelter. We provided essential resources such as cots, hygiene kits, golf cart transportation, and sanitation facilities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for evacuees and emergency personnel. Furthermore, we facilitated the movement and transportation of individuals and resources to Cecil Field, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the response operation.

Our teams also supplied vans for shelter assistance and feeding missions, ensuring that displaced individuals had access to food, water, and other essential resources.

To support relief operations, we established and maintained a fully equipped 1,288-person base camp at Tampa Airport, providing first responders and volunteers with food services, sanitation, and laundry facilities. This base camp served as a critical hub for sustaining emergency response efforts throughout the region.

Additionally, IRG Global facilitated the distribution of hygiene kits to the State Staging Logistics Resource Center (SSLRC) to support broader relief initiatives. To enhance relocation support, we operated a call center dedicated to assisting evacuees and coordinated van transportation for hotel relocations, ensuring a smooth transition for displaced individuals in need of temporary housing.
