Debut: Emergency Management Conferences
Our presence at the Miami Disasters Expo and Florida Emergency Management (EM) Day at the Capitol marked our first major steps in networking with EM professionals.
With decades of hands-on expertise, we are committed to safeguarding communities and organizations through proactive planning, rapid response, and effective recovery efforts.
During Hurricane Milton, IRG Global played a critical role in emergency response efforts by organizing and managing evacuations across four counties. We deployed buses and vans to transport individuals safely to designated shelters while simultaneously providing vehicles for shelter assistance and feeding missions. To support ongoing relief operations, we established and maintained a fully equipped 1,288-person base camp at Tampa Airport, offering first responders access to food services, sanitation facilities, and laundry support, ensuring they remained operational throughout the crisis.
Recognizing the need for continued medical care amid the disaster, IRG Global also set up a mobile temporary emergency room, allowing medical teams to continue receiving and treating patients while recovery efforts were underway. This facility ensured that critical healthcare services remained accessible despite infrastructure challenges, providing immediate care for injuries and ongoing medical needs.
Additionally, we facilitated the distribution of hygiene kits to the State Logistics Resource Center (SLRC) to extend support to broader relief efforts. To assist evacuees with relocation, our team operated a call center that provided guidance on available housing options and arranged van transportation to hotels, ensuring a smooth transition for those in need of temporary accommodations. Our coordinated logistics and emergency management expertise were instrumental in stabilizing conditions and facilitating a swift recovery.
In response to the widespread impact of Hurricane Helene, IRG Global led comprehensive disaster relief efforts across Florida and North Carolina, ensuring the safe evacuation, support, and recovery of affected communities. We deployed buses and vans to conduct Lilypad and shelter evacuations, working in coordination with Emergency Support Function 6 (ESF-6) to transport displaced individuals to safety. At Perry Airport, we established a 1,000-person base camp, providing emergency accommodations, food services, and logistical support for first responders and relief workers. Our team also facilitated feeding missions using vans and box trucks, ensuring that impacted communities had consistent access to essential supplies.
In North Carolina, we expanded our response to include aerial evacuation and reconnaissance efforts. Our team coordinated helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft to conduct medical evacuations, supply drops, and search and rescue missions in remote and inaccessible regions. To further strengthen relief efforts, we deployed all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and specialized search and rescue (SAR) teams to assist in locating and evacuating stranded individuals. We also established a real-time survivor tracking call center to coordinate rescue operations efficiently. Additionally, IRG Global partnered with the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to manage the setup and decommissioning of the Tropicana shelter, providing cots, hygiene kits, and sanitation services, including bathroom, laundry, and shower trailers. We also facilitated the movement of resources and personnel to Cecil Field, ensuring seamless coordination between agencies and vendors. Our holistic approach to disaster response helped stabilize affected areas, support recovery efforts, and ensure the well-being of both evacuees and emergency responders.
In the wake of Hurricane Debbie, IRG Global deployed a fleet of buses to assist in the safe and efficient evacuation of displaced individuals, ensuring they reached designated shelters without delay. Recognizing the need for sustained relief efforts, we established and managed three fully operational base camps in the hardest-hit areas, offering essential resources such as food services, sanitation facilities, and temporary housing.
Our team played a critical role in coordinating logistics, facilitating aid distribution, and supporting first responders throughout the response and recovery phases. By providing infrastructure and emergency services where they were needed most, we helped stabilize conditions, restore order, and ensure that affected communities had access to the support they needed to recover and rebuild.
During a critical evacuation mission in Haiti, IRG Global executed a secure and well-coordinated operation to extract U.S. citizens and other at-risk individuals from an increasingly unstable environment. To ensure safety during transit, we deployed armored security convoys to secure helicopter landing zones in Port-au-Prince, allowing for the protected transport of evacuees to Cap-Haïtien Airport. From there, we arranged fixed-wing aircraft flights to a secure destination in Florida.
Upon arrival, our team managed a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) designed to assist over 850 evacuees with temporary housing, logistical coordination, and critical relocation services. By integrating security, aviation, and emergency response logistics, we provided a safe, efficient, and compassionate evacuation solution for those in need.
Amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, IRG Global organized and executed large-scale emergency evacuations for U.S. citizens and other displaced individuals from Tel Aviv to Florida. Utilizing fixed-wing aircraft, we ensured the safe and efficient transport of evacuees, providing immediate assistance upon arrival. To facilitate their transition, we established a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC), offering critical support services such as temporary accommodations, transportation coordination, and access to relocation resources.
Our team worked diligently to arrange hotel stays, provide financial assistance, and connect evacuees with essential aid organizations, helping them navigate the next steps with dignity and stability. Through careful planning and seamless execution, we ensured that those affected by the crisis had a clear path to safety and recovery.
